Excellent customer service.

Got an e-mail asking for a review even though I’ve still not recieved my item I ordered and it is now 8 days late after ordering for next day delivery. No one knows where my item has gone so sending another out but even that’s not come next day. Very disappointed as I ordered this as it was next day delivery!

Just one thing, my delivery note attached to the parcel said 1 item, asked driver he said other 2 to follow, all items packed together, so no problem. Delivery note could have said 3 items packed as 1, saving the moment of panic.
